HISTORY

In 2000

Xin Guan Tea was officially established with the objective of providing quality tea.

In 2008

Renamed as “Xin Guan Tea Co., Ltd.”

In 2012

Expanded business activities and relocated factory.

In 2014

Began importing containers of Sri Lankan black tea, actively expanding our international tea business.

In 2015

Established a R&D department to focus on customized flavor services.

In 2016

Obtained ISO 22000 and HACCP certificates to further enhance quality control.

In 2017

Obtained MUI Halal Certificate, expanding sales opportunities in the halal market; and introduced advanced packaging equipment to expand production lines.

In 2018

Participated in the Yogyakarta Halal Exhibition in Indonesia for the first time to expand overseas market.

In 2019

Accepted the “Made in Taiwan” interview to promote our brand image.

In 2020

Celebrated our 20th anniversary and be certified with D&B D-U-N-S Certificate to further enhance our international reputation.

In 2021

Expanded the Yongke factory and purchased automated equipment.

In 2022

Participated in “Malaysia International Food & Beverage Exhibition.”

In 2023

Participated in “Taiwan Food Global Go” program to strengthen our expansion in overseas markets.

In 2024

Invited to participate in “Taiwan Good Food Day” at Oriental Pearl Plaza in LA to promote high quality tea leaves from Taiwan.

Xin Guan Tea possesses exclusive techniques from professional tea masters. To meet customer demands, we apply a unique roasting method to create hundreds of tea products and tea bags with our four main types of tea: black tea, green tea, oolong tea and light oolong tea. Our R&D team participates periodically in tea workshops held by Tea and Beverage Research Station, MOA to enhance roasting techniques and improve tea quality. Xin Guan Tea offers wholesale of tea raw materials,import and export business for tea raw materials, supply for chain systems, customized filter-free tea bags, and brand packaging customization services.Our factory is equipped with numerous machines, including the intelligent and automated equipment worth millions.
Xin Guan Tea has a complete production line that encompasses the entire process from raw material procurement, production processing, packaging to final export, with all procedures handled in-house by us.
